Trust

Your home is private. We treat it that way.

An energy assessment means we look closely at the inside and outside of where you live. Here is exactly what we promise, in plain language.

Our promises to every client

1. We photograph the building, not your belongings

Thermal images show walls, ceilings, windows and attics. We do not photograph people, faces, documents, mail, screens, medications, valuables, safes or firearms. We do not move your belongings or open closets, cabinets or drawers. We ask your permission before we photograph any interior room, and you can tell us to skip any space.

2. Your information is never sold or shared for advertising

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with people you ask us to share it with (for example, a contractor you choose), or when the law requires it.

3. Your photos are not used in our marketing

We will not use images of your home on our website, in advertising or in training materials unless you give us written permission for that specific use.

4. Your files are protected while we hold them

Job files are kept on encrypted storage. Only people who work on your job can open them, each with their own login, and each has agreed in writing to keep client information confidential.

5. Your report is delivered securely

We do not send your report as an ordinary, open attachment. It is delivered as a password-protected file, and the password is given to you separately after we confirm it is really you.

6. We keep files only as long as needed

We keep your job files long enough to prepare your report and answer follow-up questions, then delete them securely. You can ask us to delete them sooner, and we will confirm in writing when it is done. (We may keep basic business records, such as an invoice, where the law requires.)

7. If something goes wrong, you will hear it from us

If we believe your information has been exposed, we will tell you promptly, explain what happened and what we are doing about it, and follow any notification rules that apply.

8. You can ask us anything, and we will answer

Email [email protected] with any question about how your information is handled. If you ever feel it was mishandled, tell us. We will look into it and give you a written answer.

An honest note. No company can promise that nothing will ever go wrong, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we promise is to collect as little as we can, protect it with sensible safeguards, keep it only as long as needed, and be straight with you if anything ever goes wrong.

How this fits with the rest of what we do

This page describes our commitments in plain language. It is not a contract and is not legal advice. Last updated October 15, 2026.
